The Binder Pulls guide
Returns & Refunds
Effective date: September 15, 2026
All card sales are final
All sales of raw singles and graded cards (slabs) are final. We do not offer a general return, exchange, or refund period.
Please review the selected copy, photos, description, language, and grade before ordering. Questions are welcome before checkout—especially if your binder has very specific standards.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, duplicate purchases, market-price changes, a different grading opinion, or minor subjective condition preferences when the item matches its listing. A card's value rising or falling after purchase does not change the transaction.
Limited exceptions for a genuine error
We review requests involving:
- A significant, verifiable listing or fulfillment error—for example, the wrong card, set, language, selected copy, or graded designation, a missing item, or major undisclosed damage materially inconsistent with the description.
- Evidence that an item we supplied is counterfeit or was materially misrepresented through an undisclosed alteration.
- A remedy required by applicable law or binding payment-provider or marketplace rules.
An allegation or a request does not automatically qualify for a return or refund. We assess the evidence against the listing and order records and may require inspection of the item. We decide whether to approve a discretionary exception and what resolution to offer, subject to applicable obligations. A one-time exception does not create a general return entitlement for other orders.
Delivery damage and missing packages follow the review process on our Shipping page. They do not create a change-of-mind return right.
Report an issue promptly
Inspect your order on arrival. For a discretionary exception involving an obvious listing error, wrong item, missing contents, or visible damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and relevant packaging. If you cannot obtain particular evidence, explain why; we may request another way to verify the issue. An unboxing video is not required.
The 48-hour notice period is for requesting review of an apparent problem; it is not a return window. Late discretionary requests may be declined where permitted. Report suspected counterfeit items or fraud promptly after discovery. This notice requirement does not shorten a legal claim period or exclude a remedy we are required to provide.
Keep the item, holder, and packaging while a claim is being reviewed. Do not play with, clean, alter, crack, regrade, or dispose of a disputed item. We may decline a discretionary request if later handling prevents us from verifying its original condition. Reasonable inspection to identify a problem is different from using or modifying the item.
Approval comes before a return
Do not mail anything back without our written authorization and instructions. When a return is lawful and required for resolution, it must be the same item supplied, with the same certification number where applicable, and without changes beyond the reported issue and reasonable inspection. We may compare returned items with our records before approving a remedy. Substituted items, fabricated evidence, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a discretionary refund.
For a verified significant error covered by this policy, we will correct the affected transaction. Depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements, that may involve a return and refund, an agreed replacement, or another agreed adjustment. We may require receipt and inspection before issuing a refund, where permitted. We do not promise a refund while allowing the customer to keep the item.
We provide return instructions and address shipping costs when authorizing the resolution. We cover reasonable return postage arranged with us for our verified error. Please do not incur grading, authentication, repair, or postage expenses expecting reimbursement without our written agreement. Any mandatory remedy, including any required tax or shipping refund, remains available. Store credit or a partial refund does not replace a refund required by law without your agreement.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where available. Payment-provider posting times vary. Refunds and claims cannot provide duplicate recovery for the same loss.
Raw cards and slabs
Our Condition Guide illustrates our subjective retail condition assessments, not exact defect thresholds, an exhaustive inspection checklist, or professional-grade predictions. A grading result or minor disagreement within a stated condition range is not, by itself, a listing error. Objective evidence of a significant misdescription is reviewed separately.
Slabs are sold with the stated grading company's grade or designation. We do not guarantee a crossover, regrade, or flawless holder. Disclosed holder wear is part of the purchase; a materially undisclosed crack or tampering concern can be submitted for review.
Cancellations
Purchases are subject to our final-sale policy and applicable cancellation rights. You may ask us to cancel before shipment, but a request is not confirmation and cancellation is not guaranteed. We will confirm any cancellation we accept and its refund. Shipment-delay rights are addressed on our Shipping page.
This policy covers purchases directly from Binder Pulls. Marketplace purchases also follow that platform's rules. Selling cards to us requires separate agreed terms.
Returns FAQ
Can I return a card I no longer want?
No. Singles and slabs are final sale. Only the limited exceptions above apply.
Do I have 48 hours to change my mind?
No. That is the notice period for an apparent order problem, not an approval or trial period.
What counts as a significant listing error?
An objective mismatch such as a different card or language, the wrong selected copy, an incorrect listed grade, or major undisclosed damage. A preference for different centering or a higher grading result does not qualify by itself.
Who decides whether an exception applies?
We review the listing, order details, submitted evidence, and the item if inspection is needed. Discretionary approval is ours; applicable legal and binding provider requirements still apply.
What if I suspect a counterfeit later?
Contact us promptly after discovering it with the evidence you have. Do not destroy, alter, or commission paid testing of the item expecting reimbursement without contacting us first.
Will you refund me before I return the item?
Not ordinarily. Where a return is needed, we may require receipt and inspection first, subject to applicable requirements. Wait for our instructions before shipping.
What if the package is damaged or missing?
Contact us promptly. We review the shipment records and available evidence and follow the Shipping claim process. A report does not automatically approve a refund or replacement.
My raw card did not grade a 10. Can I return it?
Not for that reason alone. Raw condition is not a guarantee of a particular grade. Evidence of a significant listing error or authenticity problem is reviewed separately. Your chase card may have main-character energy; that is not a grading standard.
