Privacy policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Binder Pulls LLC operates this store. Our mailing address is #1154, 13110 NE 177th Pl, Woodinville, WA 98072, United States. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, use our Contact page or write to us at that address.

This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you browse, purchase, use an account or loyalty feature, or contact us about an order or selling cards. It is a notice of our practices, not a substitute for consent where consent is required.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, information includes:

  • Contact and transactions: Name, email, phone if provided, billing and delivery addresses, purchases, payment information handled by checkout providers, payment status and transaction records.
  • Accounts and loyalty: Account identifiers, preferences, order history, and points or reward activity when you use those features.
  • Inquiries: Messages, card descriptions, photos or album links you choose to send, and related correspondence.
  • Store activity: IP address, device/browser details, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, searches, cart and checkout activity, and interactions with our store or marketing.
  • Marketing preferences: Subscription, consent and unsubscribe records; enabled marketing tools may also record message opens and link clicks.

We receive information from you, automatically through your interactions, and from Shopify, payment, shipping and other providers involved in those interactions. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents or unrelated personal photos through a contact form.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide the store and its features, process payments and deliveries, manage accounts or rewards, respond to inquiries, assess proposed card purchases, improve the store, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. We also use information for marketing and advertising where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

We share relevant information with Shopify, payment processors, delivery carriers, email/support providers, loyalty providers such as Glow, and providers of store operations, security and professional services. Advertising partners can process information for their own purposes under their policies, as described below; they are not necessarily acting only on our behalf.

We may disclose information at your direction, as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale subject to applicable protections, to comply with law, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights and investigate misuse. A purchase or support inquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

Our relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases to operate and improve its services. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which supports features using information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, including personalization and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and other recipients that may be in other countries for these services.

For these enhanced features, Shopify is responsible for its own processing, including applicable requests about that processing. Read Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and use Shopify's Privacy Portal for its information and choices. Our store's Your Privacy Choices page provides applicable sale/sharing and targeted-advertising opt-outs.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies support carts, checkout, security and preferences. Our appearance control also stores your Light, Dark or Auto choice in your browser. Shopify's cookie information explains its technologies.

We use Google Analytics 4 through Shopify's Google & YouTube app. We plan to use Google Ads and tag-management tools, along with marketing services from Shopify, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok and other providers identified as introduced. We will identify the tools and features when activated. Shopify's own processing described above is already enabled.

When enabled, analytics and advertising tools can use first-party and third-party cookies, pixels, tags and identifiers together to measure visits and advertising conversions, understand shopping interests, match audiences and show relevant ads on other sites and apps, including remarketing based on earlier visits. Depending on the features enabled, event data can include product views, searches, cart activity and purchases; audience matching can involve contact identifiers, including hashed email addresses, sent through browser or server connections. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous. We will update these disclosures for the tools and features actually activated and obtain consent where required.

Some advertising disclosures, including Shopify enhanced services, may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable laws even without a monetary payment. Use Your Privacy Choices or contact us to request an applicable opt-out. Where applicable, Shopify recognizes Global Privacy Control for the browser/device sending the signal and an associated account when identifiable. Other legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals are not treated as an automatic opt-out.

Use the cookie banner and its preference controls where displayed to manage nonessential cookies. Browser controls can also restrict cookies, although some store functions may be affected. Browser blocking alone may not stop server-side disclosures, so use the store's opt-out route for those requests. Choices can vary by location and may need to be repeated on a new browser or device.

For Google's practices and additional controls, see how Google uses partner-site information, Google ad controls and the Google Analytics browser opt-out. Provider controls supplement our store's choices. Other sites and services we link to have their own policies.

Marketing messages

We send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message to stop those messages. We may still send necessary order, account or service messages. Unsubscribing from email and changing cookie or advertising choices are separate actions.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including documenting charges and payments, handling inquiries and disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, legal and other recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the information, our relationship with you and applicable requirements. Consent and unsubscribe records may be kept to respect your choices. Information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system or transmission is completely secure. A deletion request does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every transaction or backup record: permitted retention exceptions and applicable backup handling still apply.

Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. Use Contact, including the email associated with your interactions, or write to our mailing address. Consent withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and can affect a service that requires the information.

We may verify your identity and an authorized representative's authority before acting. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain applicable exceptions, and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. To raise a complaint or appeal a decision where available, contact us through the same route and identify the request. You may also complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction, including Canada's federal or applicable provincial privacy commissioner.

Children and international processing

Our store serves a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must handle purchases and selling inquiries for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or knowingly sell/share information for targeted advertising about people under 16. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

We operate in the United States and offer delivery to U.S. addresses only at launch. Shipping to Canada is currently paused. Information can be processed in the United States, Canada and other countries where providers operate, and may be subject to lawful access by authorities there. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for transfers. If EEA or UK transfer rules apply, these can include recognized standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Updates

We may update this policy as practices change and provide notice or request consent as required. The date above identifies this edition.

Privacy FAQ

Does contacting you subscribe me to marketing?

No. A support message or selling inquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

Can I ask you to delete my information?

Yes. Use Contact. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, transactions or disputes.

Do you share information for advertising?

Shopify enhanced services can involve sharing for personalized advertising. Additional planned tools are described above. Use Your Privacy Choices for applicable opt-outs.

Why does this policy mention planned advertising tools?

We explain the intended uses in advance. The tools and features actually activated will be identified when introduced; Shopify's processing and your current choices are described separately above.

What should I include in a photo album?

Only the relevant cards and details. Check the link permissions rather than sharing your entire photo library.
