These Terms apply to our online store and direct purchases. Our Returns & Refunds, Shipping, and Condition Guide explain the relevant purchase terms. Please review them and the selected product before ordering. The applicable version is the one presented for your order. Mandatory law and binding rules governing the payment transaction take priority.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. A purchase or support inquiry does not itself authorize optional marketing.
Orders, accounts, and payment
You must have legal capacity to purchase and authority to use the payment method. A parent or legal guardian must handle purchases and selling inquiries for children. We do not encourage children to transact independently. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and keep your account secure.
A cart does not reserve inventory. Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes appear before you pay. We may decline or cancel orders for unavailable stock, material listing errors, payment failures, reasonable fraud concerns, or legal restrictions. If we cannot fulfill a charged purchase, we will refund the canceled amount as required. We do not charge a higher price or substitute a different exact-copy card without agreement. Market appreciation alone is not a reason to cancel an accepted order.
Your order is accepted when payment has been successfully completed and we issue your order confirmation. A payment authorization or pending payment alone is not acceptance. Shipment confirmation is a later fulfillment update.
Order cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us promptly with any request; only our confirmation establishes an agreed cancellation or change, except where law provides otherwise. Our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
What you are buying
Review the selected copy or variant, card identity, set, language, finish, condition, and any graded designation. Where photos are identified as the exact copy, the purchase is for that selected copy. Clearly labeled reference or stock images show the product type rather than every detail of an individual item.
Raw condition reflects Binder Pulls' good-faith overall judgment. The Condition Guide gives illustrative descriptions, not an exhaustive inspection checklist, exact defect thresholds, or professional grades. Photos, lighting, and screens have limits. Minor subjective differences within the described range do not by themselves establish a listing error. Significant objective misdescription is reviewed under Returns & Refunds.
Graded cards are sold with the named company's stated grade or designation. We do not promise a future regrade, crossover, pristine holder beyond the listing, tournament eligibility, resale price, or investment return. These particular limits do not negate the product's express description or nonwaivable warranties.
Final sales and limited remedies
All raw singles and graded cards are final sale. There is no general return or exchange period. Changed minds, market movements, or hoped-for grading results are not grounds for a return.
We review significant, verifiable listing or fulfillment errors, authenticity issues, and remedies required by applicable law or binding payment-provider or marketplace rules. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the prompt-notice process, evidence, and return authorization. We decide discretionary exceptions after review. No wording here makes our decision binding on a court, regulator, or payment provider.
An unauthorized return does not establish entitlement to a refund. Where permitted, an approved return must be received and inspected before a remedy is issued. False claims, substituted cards, holders altered after delivery in a way that prevents verification, and fabricated evidence are not eligible for discretionary relief. Reasonable inspection or exercising a lawful right is not abuse.
Shipping
Our Shipping page and the options shown before purchase govern services and charges. Packaging is selected for the order; we do not promise a particular brand or container unless expressly stated. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and we do not control carrier operations after handoff.
Shipping loss and damage require review under the applicable shipment, coverage, legal, and payment rules. We do not promise an automatic refund or replacement based solely on a claim. We remain responsible for any obligations those rules impose, including required shipment-delay notices and refunds. Insurance is subject to its own terms and is not a guarantee of payment.
Financial limits
To the extent permitted by law, we do not cover speculative resale profits, market appreciation, or losses based on an expected future grade. We do not voluntarily reimburse grading, authentication, reholdering, repair, travel, or other third-party expenses arranged without our prior written approval. This does not exclude damages or expenses recoverable under applicable law, liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded.
A particular remedy must remain effective as required by law. We do not limit every claim to store credit or promise that a unique card can always be replaced. Duplicate reimbursement for the same loss is not available.
Selling inquiries and site use
Sell to Us is an inquiry route. It does not guarantee an offer, payout, trade-credit amount, or consignment service. Do not ship cards without separately agreed terms and instructions.
Do not use the store for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, or interference with its operation. We may restrict misuse or decline future business where lawful; doing so does not remove existing order obligations or penalize a lawful claim or honest review.
Our original content and third-party artwork, brands, and grading marks remain the property of their owners. Product identification does not imply sponsorship. You may shop, share links, and retain records of your purchase, subject to applicable intellectual-property law.
You retain ownership of messages and photos you send. You permit us to use them as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, transaction, claim, or related legal requirements as described in Privacy. This does not give us permission to use personal submissions in advertising without separate authorization.
Shopify and external services
Shopify hosts our store. Other services, such as grading verification sites, have their own terms and privacy practices. Website access may be interrupted, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Shopify processes information about visits and purchases, including through Shopify Network Intelligence to provide services based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and other recipients that may be in other countries. Applicable law and updates
These Terms and purchases from Binder Pulls LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We may revise these Terms prospectively, with any notice or agreement required by law. A revision does not retroactively change an existing purchase or dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent permitted. A one-time exception does not waive the policy for future transactions.
Terms FAQ
Are all card purchases final?
Yes, subject to the limited error, authenticity, and required-remedy process in Returns & Refunds. There is no general return period.
Can I cancel because the market moved?
No automatic cancellation or price adjustment applies. Contact us promptly about any cancellation request; approval is not guaranteed.
Do you guarantee a raw card will grade a 10?
No. Raw condition and professional grading are different assessments. We also do not guarantee a slab's crossover or regrade.
Will you cover grading fees if I am unhappy with the result?
We do not voluntarily reimburse services you purchase without our prior written approval. Any legally recoverable expenses are a separate matter.
Does an inquiry reserve a card or commit you to buy my collection?
No. A product question does not reserve inventory, and a selling inquiry is not an accepted offer.
